1. Overview
This policy defines how billing, subscriptions, payments, and refunds are handled for Ancorva Connect. By subscribing to the service, you agree to this policy.
2. Pricing Structure
Ancorva Connect is offered as a subscription-based service.
Available Plans:
Monthly Plan
LKR 1,500
per month
Annual Plan
LKR 16,000
per year
Annual plan offers a discounted rate for long-term commitment.
3. Billing Terms
3.1 Payment in Advance
All payments are:
- Charged in advance
- Required to activate or continue the service
No postpaid usage.
3.2 Subscription Start
Your subscription begins:
- Immediately after successful payment
- Or at the end of a trial period (if applicable)
3.3 Renewal
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days
- Annual plans renew every 12 months
Renewal may be automatic (if enabled) or manual (if you choose to pay each cycle).
4. Non-Payment & Service Suspension
If payment is not received:
- Your Connect Card may be temporarily disabled
- Public access may be restricted
- Features may be limited or paused
After a grace period, your data may be scheduled for deletion.
5. Setup Fees (If Applicable)
If a setup fee is charged:
- It is non-refundable
- It covers onboarding, configuration, and system setup
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Rule
All payments are non-refundable.
6.2 Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Because:
- The product is a digital service
- Access is granted immediately after payment
- Resources (hosting, storage, infrastructure) are allocated instantly
6.3 Exceptions (Very Limited)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- There is a technical failure that prevents service usage
- And the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time
Refund decisions are made case-by-case at our discretion.
7. Plan Changes
Upgrades:
- You can upgrade at any time
- New pricing may apply immediately or from next cycle
Downgrades:
- Effective at the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused time
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing.
Important Protection Rule:
- Existing users will NOT be affected immediately
- Price changes apply at next renewal or after prior notice
This protects trust and prevents churn.
9. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
What Happens After Cancellation:
- Your card remains active until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be applied
No refunds for unused time.
10. Data Retention After Cancellation
After subscription ends:
- Your card may be disabled or removed from public access
- We may retain data for a limited period for recovery
After that, data may be permanently deleted.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- Access to services may be revoked
Abuse of chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from the platform.
12. Abuse & Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or terminate services if users:
- Misuse the platform
- Violate terms
- Use fraudulent payment methods
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
