We do NOT collect personal visitor identities like names or exact IP addresses. We may store anonymized hashes for analytics.

We use data to provide and maintain the service, display your Connect Card publicly, enable contact actions (call, WhatsApp, email), generate analytics (views, clicks, engagement), improve performance and user experience, and communicate important service updates.

You own all content you upload, including business information, images, services, and leads collected. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement, performance monitoring, and internal analytics.
We do not sell or claim ownership of your data.

We use modern cloud infrastructure including secure databases, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access-controlled systems to protect your data.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Public Visibility
Your Connect Card is publicly accessible via your unique URL. Anyone with the link can view your information, and search engines may index your page.
Do not upload sensitive or private personal data.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or until you request deletion. If your subscription expires, your card may be disabled and data may be retained for a limited recovery period.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, update your information, delete your account, and request removal of your data. You can do this via your dashboard or by contacting us directly.
11. Children's Privacy
Ancorva Connect is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
