2. About Ancorva
Ancorva provides digital tools that help individuals and businesses create a professional online presence, share business information, and receive and manage customer inquiries.
Ancorva Connect is the current active service. Additional tools and features may be introduced over time.

To use Ancorva, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ancorva responsibly. You must NOT use the platform for illegal activities, upload misleading or fraudulent content, impersonate another person or business, or distribute spam or offensive material.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using Ancorva, you grant us permission to display and host your content for service functionality. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Ancorva Connect is a paid subscription service. Plans may be monthly or annual with payments made in advance. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated, unless required by law.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements. We are not liable for temporary downtime or service interruptions.
8. Platform Changes
We may add, modify, or remove features, improve system performance, or update pricing with notice where applicable. Your continued use of the platform means you accept these changes.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or the platform is misused. You may also stop using the service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ancorva is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and we do not guarantee business results such as leads or sales.
Ancorva is designed to support business growth, but results may vary based on how the platform is used.

Your use of Ancorva is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data only as necessary to provide the service, improve the platform, and enable analytics and communication.
We do not sell your personal data.
